Brandon has always been there for me, no matter the time of day or night. We’ve been through both tough times and great moments together, and I couldn’t ask for a better friend by my side. We’ve pushed each other through some intense workouts, and his mental toughness is something I truly admire. Brandon is loyal, has an incredible heart, and I always feel like we feed off each other’s energy in the best way. One time, we did a workout at a park in South Orange County that had burpees in it, and I’ll never forget how Brandon was literally throwing himself on the ground and getting right back up—no hesitation. Samantha – My Oldest Friend, My Forever Bridesmaid, My Family Samantha has been by my side since we were kids, and it’s hard to believe we’re both 30 now—it feels like we’ve never changed! From the moment I was there when she got the news about her firstborn to all the times she’s taken me in during my toughest moments, Samantha has always been there for me. We’ve lived together on and off, laughed until we couldn’t breathe, and shared so many memories that will last a lifetime. Our energy is the same now as it was when we were young—we just have this unspoken connection that never fades. She’s the only person who can make me laugh as much as I make myself laugh. Samantha isn’t just my best friend—she’s family, and I’ve always known she’d be my bridesmaid. I’m beyond grateful to have her standing by me on this special day. What can I say about Brittany? She’s known me my whole entire life and has been a big sister to me for as long as I can remember. When I was just getting into being a teenager and my dad had to work out of town for a year, Brittany moved in with us. She gave me structure, guidance, and someone to talk to during a time in my life when I needed it most. Every time I listen to Flyleaf or Blue October, I’m reminded of those years with her. When she moved back closer to me, we reconnected like we’d never been apart. She and Rob took me and my son in with open arms. Those years living with Brittany again felt like I was finally home. Brittany is truly Jonny-on-the-spot for me and my boy in any situation. I’m pretty sure she potty-trained Gauge, LOL! Brittany, there are so many words I could say. You are the mother I want to be, the woman I strive to be, and the wife I hope to become. You’re definitely the cook I aspire to be—the best in the family, and that’s saying a lot because we all know how to cook! You’re one of the first women in my life, besides my mother and grandmother, that I look up to. You are incredibly hospitable and outspoken, and you've always been there for me, whether to hold me when I cried or lift me up during my highest moments. Brett is the big brother I never had. He was the first person to teach me how to drive, he taught me how to clean my first dove. We rode go-carts and dirt bikes together, and there was never a dull moment when we’d shoot each other with BB guns, laughing the whole time. He also taught me to be tough, and we pulled endless pranks on each other and Carson. One of our favorite games was playing Fear Factor with Carson, making her drink crazy concoctions, and laughing together. Of course, when it was our turn, there was no way we were drinking it! -Shauna Through it all, Brett has always been there for me. We both know we can count on each other for anything. Kt and I have known each other for more than half of our lives, and over the years, we’ve watched each other grow in so many ways. We became mothers within just a few years of each other, and in that time, we’ve shared countless good memories. I truly believe that God knew exactly what He was doing when He brought us together. I’m so incredibly lucky to have Abby by my side on this special day. We met in 2023 through work, and we quickly bonded over our shared love for recovery and our passion for reaching out to troubled youth. Let’s be real—we are the kids’ favorites! Abby and I are truly like yin and yang—we’re opposites in some ways but also so alike in others. We’re always laughing and bonding over the finer things in life. Yes, we’re both boji (in the best way!). In the short time we’ve known each other, we’ve been each other’s rock, helping pull each other out of our heads when things got crazy.
